some BL are noindex
Hello mate!
I tried to understand why it takes so much google to index my backlinks.
And so I discovered that some profiles that are created by using these lists contain the meta tag "noindex" or "noindex, nofollow" (meta robot).
It seems that Yahoo still indexing the page, even if I'm not sure.
In any case, Google does not index the page.
Cheers.

Re: some BL are noindex
Hi otto,
That's something we can't do about.
Those website's we're probably changed by the owners. I'm sure when Angela/Paul added that in their monthly packets, those sites we're do-follow. It happens all the time. Even their latest releases, Angela/Paul, some of the instructions in their manual doesn't work as it has to. Some, don't accept registration anymore. Probably, the owners stopped registration as there have been spamming of links happening in their website. As soon as the website is featured in Angela/Paul packets, for sure, they will be flooded with backlinks. The owner, if they noticed that, will probably make changes to their website. Like, changing it from do-follow to no-follow.
That's something Angela/Paul can't control. Even I as a backlinker, I always encounter something in their manual, even the latest packets, doesn't work as stated in the manual (PDF).
Kind regards,
Backlinker

Re: some BL are noindex
I totally agree with you.
It is always best to check with some plugin for firefox, such Seerobots and Dofollow if the backlink is good or not, to see if the page is indexable and if there is "nofollow".
I also use scrapebox regularly to check whether something has changed in my BL.
All the best.

Otto, you should download Quirk SearchStatus (firefox addon). You can easily display no-follow links...
