Hi friends

My clients ask me and I also see on many freelancing sites
"high pr links needed : pr meaning pr of the page and not of domain"

Is it possible to get pr of page, where and how?

May be I am new to seo, but requirements like below are quite old on odesk. The main requirement about which I asked query is underlined.

Requirement of best link builder for me.
* 50 PR6+ backlinks. Some websites must be PR7 and PR8. As many PR9 and PR10 as possible.
* 50 PR4+ backlinks. Some websites must be PR4 and PR5 or PR5+.
* All links must be minimum PR4 or above.
* At least 50 links must be minimum PR6 or above.
* Links NEED to be relevant to our website's content.
* All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW... ALL links will be checked.
* Page Rank is for page that has the backlink - not the homepage or other page on the site.

I hope I was able to explain my query properly now.

Do you have any idea about this being experienced. I value your opinion.

Good luck on trying to meet the requirements above but in my experience PR 3 and above links are adequate and as long you are linking to sites that aren't porn or gambling sites, you are okay. Look at P@ul and Angel@, they are linking to sites even though it's not relevant to their own website's or clients' content. High PR nofollow links also count because a link is a link. Google gets suspicious if you only got dofollow links. But that's my humble opinion and it has sometimes worked for me. Just don't take it like a grain of salt. OK?

It's not impossible but is hard to get. And most of them is not free.

The page itself is PR5. Domain is also PR5. You can donate a small amount there and get your name or anchor text and link of your website as the name of the donator. That way, you have backlinks from PR5 page. Me, I did donate there every month just to post my clients keyword and link. As I have noticed also every end of month, these links gets deleted in donors.php and transferred to their blog site which is also copied from multiple sites creating lots of backlinks not just from linuxmint blog but also from other blogs.

Relevancy is the problem since that is their requirement.
But in SEO, relevancy doesn't matter. Search engine has no way of knowing whether your backlinks are relevant to where it was posted. As long as it's a do-follow link, then the backlink is valid.

I use SearchStatus to identify whether the link is no follow or do follow. With this firefox plugin, searchstatus, all links that are no follow are highlighted. Links that are not highlighted are do-follow links.

Relevance is really a matter of worry. But all do not ask for it, but ask for pr of page and not domain.
